By accessing or using the MessView website and mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

MessView is a management platform designed for shared living spaces (messes) to track meals, manage expenses, split bills, and facilitate communication among members.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.

5. Financial Transactions

MessView provides tools for calculating and tracking shared expenses. However, we do not process actual payments between users. Users are solely responsible for settling their debts and financial obligations with each other. We are not liable for any financial disputes arising between mess members.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
